Changing your password is not always working - we have no idea why it is doing this (the computer that is) but we have argued with our computer for some 15 years but sometimes it will work and sometimes it just doesn't. If you follow the following instructions you may be lucky, if it doesn't work contact us on email@example.com and we will organise a new password for you as quickly as possible. If you are worried about missing out on your order because the computer is giving you a hard time, contact us with the books you want and we will make sure the books are set aside just for you and no one else!
OK, give this a go first
1. Click Forgot
2. Enter the Email
Address of the account at your store. Ensure you
can receive emails at that email address and it is
3. Click the link
in the email that is sent to the email address you
enter in step 2. If the link breaks over multiple lines, you might have
to copy and paste the link into the address bar.
4. You are taken
to a change password page. Enter the new
twice. This is not
a login page, this is a Change Password page.
5. Click the Login
link on the page that is displayed after you have
changed the password.
6. Login as usual
with the new password you just entered above.
